Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where I lived until 2001. My wife and I retired to Fort Myers in 2001 to take advantage of the year-round sunshine and warm weather. I spent three years in the US Army after high school and then attended Indiana University to study Finance and Accounting. After completing my course of study at Indiana University I became Secretary-Treasure of Tom Wood Pontiac in Indianapolis and stayed with this organization for thirty-four years before retiring to Fort Myers. During my employment I became part-owner of several of the sixteen new car franchises we acquired over that period. I also assisted with the formation of Tom Wood Automotive Group/Management Company.
My interest outside my employment consisted of being a member of the Professional Bowlers Association and participating in many National and Regional Tour events. I am also Secretary/Treasure of the Fort Myers Magicians Association and a collector of antique magic. My wife and I currently do volunteer work for Pekes & Pals Animal Rescue as well as usher for the Frlorida Repertory Theater and Schoolhouse Theater. Fraternal organizations that I am associated with are the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Shrine and Eastern Star.
My Real Estate interest developed after retiring here and realizing that other families would love to enjoy the same lifestyle my wife and I are living. After obtaining my license I became a Sales Associate with Harvey & Associates at VIP Realty Group, Inc. and enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers to help them obtain their Real Estate objectives. I am available by phone or e-mail to answer questions and provide information about our market. Generally I only work with a few clients at a time so that I can dedicate myself to the needs of my clients.
I would love to provide you with a MAGICAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE.
